Theresa Gunderson is the co-founder of O'Neill Language Academy (OLA) and author of Teach & Learn Spanish Curriculum. She is also a teacher, coach, mentor, trainer and Spanish language instructor. She has 26 years of extensive experience in education and all facets of running a small business. Her experience in business spans a wide array of industries including advertising, marketing, sales, and graphic art, to name a few.

Theresa's experience in education helped her create the Teach & Learn Spanish Curriculum. Her education includes a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in teaching second languages and cultures education. 

Theresa and her husband love the entrepreneur lifestyle and are now giving back by teaching others how to launch their own business by joining their community of OLA Spanish teachers. They want others to fall in love with the freedom, creativity, and income that goes along with the entrepreneur lifestyle, while at the same time enriching the lives of children and adults. 

In her free time, Theresa loves to spend time with her husband and children and their dog, Oso, which means bear in Spanish. She also enjoys cooking, reading, personal development books, exercising, playing volleyball, traveling, volunteering, and spending time at church.
