Ella has established three successful health care companies that provide exceptional service to the aging population in Minnesota. These companies are run and operated today with one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the industry.

Ella has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Crown College. Her passion is to work with disadvantaged & orphaned children in South Africa where she spent the last six years doing humanitarian work in community development and uplifting projects.
