Julie Danskin is a coach and mentor in entrepreneurship, personal development and women’s leadership.  Julie has over 35-years of entrepreneurial experience as an independent business owner with Mary Kay.  She has been distinguished as performing in the top 1-percent in Mary Kay, worldwide.


With a unit of over 120 women, Julie has mastered skills in leadership, encouraging women in their own independent businesses.  Not only has Julie achieved success, she has empowered women in her unit to move up in leadership, developing over twenty women into the coveted role of Mary Kay Sales Director.  In the process, she has influenced thousands to achieve their personal best.


Julie believes that success in Mary Kay, or any business, requires commitment to the growth and development of self along with growth in business.  With this philosophy in mind, Julie has attended hundreds of growth and success seminars; and continued her education on the subject through audio and books.   Passing her knowledge on, Julie has taught at retreats, coached and mentored on corporate videos as well as spoke at national events to thousands.  Her message is simple: You can have it all in life, creating success both at home and in your career.  Dream BIG and believe in yourself.


Julie is wife to Jon Danskin, of over 45-years and mother to two adult children and has three grandchildren.  She loves her life of abundance and sharing her experience and knowledge with others.
