This month, we have a jam-packed episode to mark Black History Month here in the UK. At 14:38, the Leaders team are joined by Rodney Hinds, the longstanding Sports Editor at The Voice (Britain’s favourite Black newspaper), who talks about the importance of mentorship in the EDI space.
