He is married with 2 boys and enjoys being a husband and father to his family. Undrea has been a successful real estate investor for several years. He believes in going above in beyond to deliver investment properties with accurate comps and repair estimates.

Andy Speed, Co-Owner and COO, has been a full-time real estate investor since February of 2015 after spending more than a decade in supply chain management. A graduate of the University of Houston and native Houstonian, Andy loves this city and the opportunity to re-develop older, outdated houses on the very streets he grew up on.
