From her start as an Enrollment & Match Support Specialist to her current leadership role, Sami has been instrumental in expanding school-based mentoring across five districts and a college campus in Lebanon County. Her work centers on building authentic relationships, fostering belonging, and ensuring every child and family feels seen, heard, and supported.
