Diane shares her journey in the media industry, starting as a DJ in the 1980s and evolving into a powerful voice in advertising and presentation. She founded Dayton Communications in 1986 and has lent her voice to commercials and training pieces for notable clients such as Hershey, Pepsi, and Lockheed Martin.


Diane’s passion lies in helping others discover their unique voice through her voice and presentation training, emphasizing that “Your voice can be an asset!” With over 20 years of experience, she trains salespersons, business leaders, and educators to communicate authentically and effectively, building lasting connections in both personal and professional realms.


As the host and producer of the TV show *Behind the Lines*, Diane has interviewed a wide range of guests, covering topics from health and wellness to local events and nonprofit highlights. She has also been an integral part of the Berks Jazz Fest, creating podcasts and live content that showcases jazz artists.
