This week we welcome back Sir Wings and Plantains - Manny Walo. We catch up on what's been happening since we last talked, think about changing his KOTO name to Sir African Eeyore, discuss a little Jersey City, set up some party time with the KOTO crew and give him a taste of our newest parody we are working on. Manny is fighting on Jan. 9th in Atlantic City, NJ for CFFC although he is still waiting for an opponent to sign...we will keep you posted.
