Welcome back to another KOTO MMA Radio show. This week we recap all the action from the July 4th weekend: WSOF 11, UFC 175 and the TUF 19 finale.  We are joined by our old pal Aljamain Sterling who will be taking on Hugo Viana at UFC Fight Night 45 on July 16th. It was a good time catching up with the Funkmaster and chatting it up with him. We all can't wait to see him fight live in the UFC next week! Next we talk to Jerrod Sanders. Jerrod might be in the lead for 2014 guest of the year as we joked about his nickname, walkout music, my space and his lack of SMS prowess. Funny how we were rooting against him a year ago when he was dry humping our pal Jeff Smith at WSOF 3 and are all rooting for him now when he makes his UFC debut next week. Let's hope we get to raise a glass (or 2 or 3) with him after the fight.
