Melissa Osborn is the founder of ProView Property Advisors which provides inspection services, reserve studies for home owner associations, and advises non profit organizations on construction campaigns and facility management issues.

Melissa Osburn is a graduate of O More College of Design with a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design and is a registered interior designer in the State of TN. She later joined the MTSU Campus Planning office as a project manager for new construction and renovation projects. In 2006 she completed the national exam for home inspection and received her license with the State of Tennessee.

Melissa founded ProView Property Inspections LLC which provides residential and commercial property inspection services. In 2009 she expanded the company's services to Pro View Property Advisors.
