In May of 1989, a quiet neighborhood in the City of San Bernardino, California was rocked was not one but two separate, but related disasters 13 days apart. In the end, 6 people were left dead, 18 homes were destroyed and questions as to how something like this could happen, especially twice at the same location less than 2 weeks apart.
