In 2000 and 2001, a serial rapist was sneaking into women’s houses at night, gaining entry through their window. On his third attempt to get into a home to attack yet another woman, he was arrested as he tried to flee. Having injured himself in his attempts to get in her window, he cut himself, leaving blood on her windowsill. When the DNA was entered into the database, it came back as a match to DNA collected from the two previous rapes in the area, to a man named Darrin Fernandez. But there was a catch…Darrin has an identical twin brother named Damien. And they would end up pointing the finger at one another as the perpetrator of these crimes.
