On Monday May 6th, 1996, wife and mother Sherri Dally dropped her two children off at school, stopped at Target to do some shopping before heading home where she operated a daycare. She never made it home. Her van was found in the Target parking lot, abandoned, her keys in the ignition, purchases and handbag on the seat, but no sign of Sherri. Witnesses later came forward to say they saw Sherri being arrested by a blonde police officer wearing a tan pants suit. But records indicated no arrest was made that day by any local law enforcement agency. Who arrested Sherri and more importantly, where was she taken?
