We’re back for a brand new season of the Kernel of Truth podcast. We’ve had some changes but you’ll hear some familiar voices. Roopa Prabhu is back, and Rama Darbha has joined her as a co-host. In this episode we have invited Nicolas Koumchatzky to talk about MLOps and how it intersects with NetDevOps. We cover how the industry is defining MLOps, then we compare and contrast MLOps to NetDevOps, finally finishing with how real world deployments are using both paradigms. Thanks for joining us in a new season and don’t forget to also check out the links below with resources referenced in the podcast.

Roopa Prabhu: Roopa is a Linux Architect at NVIDIA, formally Cumulus Networks. She and her team work on all things kernel networking and Linux system infrastructure areas. Her primary focus areas in the Linux kernel are Linux bridge, Netlink, VxLAN, Lightweight tunnels. She is currently focused on building Linux kernel dataplane for E-VPN. She loves working with the Linux kernel networking and debian communities. Her past experience includes Linux clusters, ethernet drivers and Linux KVM virtualization platforms. She has a BS and MS in Computer Science. You can find her on Twitter at @__roopa.
Rama Darbha: Rama is the Director of Solutions Architecture at NVIDIA, formally Cumulus Networks. He and his team help drive adoption of modern networking solutions. Starting with architectures and protocols, then moving to application integrations and finishing with ecosystem integrations, Rama and his team of networking solutions architectures try to help customers solve the most complex of infrastructure problems.
