Not everyone is like Jose

In the opening episode for season three Jose talks about his father passing away. He mentions the great qualities he believes he gained from him but getting all that did not make Jose who Jose is nowadays. Jose was not always a business savvy, motivational, ambitious leader. Jose explains how his environment molded him to the person he is today.
