My guest, Adena Mark Kapon, Founder of A to Z Events Israel, is highly successful at this, and at delivering the most stunning events in the Land of Israel for clients.  
Her clients come from all over the world with excitement and the normal tensions of not knowing how they will get it done. But done they will, at least if they work with Adena. She walks us through the beginning of her business and the natural growth process that has occurred. She didn’t jump head on, she took steps to learn the ropes before she went on her own and she was humble and confident to ask a lot of questions and seek advice along the way (something we all should do). How does she make the final decision when she’s wondering if she should take on a client or not? I wasn’t expecting this answer, but boy do I admire what she had to say!
