You’re listening to Jewish Latin Princess, I’m your host Yael Trusch, welcome to the show. You know I love art, right? I think I must have been an artist in a past life. It’s definitely an untapped potential of mine. My father was an artist, he later on moved into photography and it was something encouraged at home although much like Yaeli – my guest today – I also received messages about art not being the financially responsible thing to do… Yet, Yaeli, Yaeli Vogel, in a short three to four years has transitioned into art as her life’s work and business.

Yaeli is  a self taught artist. Her art is full of layers, depth, movement and color. Yaeli is an Israeli born artist, now based in New York, who brings her unique contemporary artistic vision and expressionistic technique to a wide variety of Jewish subjects including weddings, Jerusalem, and Biblical images. Yaeli works across multiple media including acrylics and watercolors.
How did that transition occur? Pay close attention to the challenges, the support system and more, because we can learn a lot Yaeli’s story regardless of what you do. How did Yaeli get Ivanka Trump to acquire one of her paintings? Creativity and discipline? How do they go together and why? Here’s a beautiful conversation with Yaeli Vogel.
