* You told Taylor Memorial Baptist the week before you preached in view of a call at Paramount. I’m seeing more and more pastors tell their churches in advance of preaching in view of a call at another church. Why is that the case?
* What are your thoughts on how pastors end up changing churches?
* What do you think about search firms? They seem to be a much more popular way for churches to call pastors.
* What is the process you followed to discern the call of God in the midst of this transition?
