In this episode, Jeremy interviews Ken Costa. Ken is an internationally renowned banker, having worked as Chairman of UBS Investment Bank for EMEA and Chairman of Lazard International. He is the Chairman of Alpha International, Emeritus Professor of Commerce in Gresham College London and Dean of the Leadership College London. He and his wife, Dr Fiona Costa, live in London. They have two sons and two daughters. He is the author and founder of God at Work. Ken has made two film series, the God at Work Conversations and Strange Kingdom – meditations on the cross.

* Amongst entrepreneurs, especially in the US, the topic of emphasizing HUSTLE has almost become chic. What are your thoughts on the need for hustle in your work?
* What are your general thoughts on work ethic? For pastors and church leaders, specifically, what are some ways they can become more dedicated to working harder and smarter?
* As an economist, you gain a big picture of the global economy. How are global economics currently impacting local churches?
