On the last episode for 2013 Shep talks about his recent attempt to control his children using mythology. Did it work for him? Or did it just destroy his children’s mental stability and get him in a lot of trouble?

We then take a sarcastic look at mental health and whether or not we are all mentally ill because we think and act differently and choose not to conform. Do we fit the bill of actual symptoms? Probably. We self diagnose ourselves with a simplified version of ODD.

We then go on a fascinating ride through history going back from the 50’s and 60’s to today with regard to counter culture, President’s, the CIA, music, The Beatles, psychedelics, spirituality, philosophy, banking, religion, consumerism, commercialism, suppression, and control. And we ask the questions: Who are the ‘power’s that be’? What do they want, and why? How are they trying to control us? What do we need to do today to make true change within our world? Can we create change? How long will that take? How do we raise awareness? How do we leave a better life and earth for our children?

Shep opens up about his grandfather’s recent death and the differences between his Grandpa’s world and ours.
