Matt Higgins is an original member of the spontaneous theatre troupes Centralia and Burn Manhattan. His improvisation bears the indelible influence of past directors Paul Sills and Shira Piven, as well as teachers Ralph Buckley, Paul Lazar, and Josh Broder. Matt is an Andy Kaufman Award Finalist and his stand-up has appeared on Comedy Central. His TV Credits include: The Jim Gaffigan Show, Late Night and Law & Order. Films include Shadowboxer, a Lee Daniels film. In early 2019 Matt wrapped production on The Improvisor, an improv comedy concert film.
