Things Coach Caliendo discusses on the show:

Learn all the simple drills and skills taught to kids of many ages, from 5 to 14 years old. All the fun drills are geared for the particular age groups.

How to set up the stations.

Fun warm ups which work on footwork and hand eye coordination.

These drills and skills can be taught by the parents and coaches so everyone is on the same page.

Team meetings with parents, coaches and players.
