Just back to Germany from attending the best coaches conference in the world, the American Baseball Coaches Association Conference held in Chicago, www.abca.org Alper Bozkurt a top expert in German Baseball sits down with Coach Caliendo to discuss baseball development.

He spoke at the ABCA International meeting.

The 33-year-old Alper Bozkurt takes over as head coach of the Austrian Baseball League club Athletics Attnang-Puchheim. He succeeds Nick Pardikes, who leaves for the United States at the beginning of August to resume his studies. Bozkurt was born in Turkey, played in the German Baseball-Bundesliga and for the German national team and coached in Ireland, Switzerland and Turkey. MLB Academy Director for Paderborn Academy.
