Innovations in Patient Care

Best of CES Innovations in Patient Care part 1

January 15, 2014

This week on the show, I bring you two segments recorded at the International CES conference in their digital health pavilion. Guest host Chris Montera interviewed two companies that are innovating patient focused electronics to improve patient outcomes in new and exciting ways.

Two Company’s Improving Patient Care with Tech

First off is a look at Dexcom, a company that is developing new tools to help diabetics manage and monitor their blood sugar levels.

Next up is an interview with Paul Landau, the founder of Fitbug, a fitness tracking device that has added health and wellness management tools to their cloud based tracking fitness tracking system for the health and fitness conscious patients out there. Check it out.

You can find more of our coverage of the Digital Health Pavilion over at the Health Tech Weekly video podcast available at HTWeekly.com. We’ll be releasing segments from CES 2014 every week for several months to come.
