Dale Becker Improves His Maryland County EMS System

July 15, 2013

Dale Becker gave his system a renewed vigor in their approach to CPR and because of this, Dale has given people back their lives through the efforts of the EMTs and paramedics in the Howard County, Maryland EMS system. His EMS crews stay focused on what is important about resuscitation, high quality compressions with fewer and shorter interruptions and early defibrillation when appropriate. They avoid getting distracted by all of the other events and tasks that might be happening during a cardiac arrest. EMS Garage Host, Chris Montera, interviews Dale at EMS Today 2013 about the improvements and innovations in his system.
