Srikumar S. Rao has helped thousands of executives all over the world discover deep meaning. His methods have enabled them to achieve quantum leaps in effectiveness. The book is an international bestseller and has been translated into many languages and distributed in all continents. His latest book “Happiness at Work: Be Resilient, Motivated and Successful – No Matter What”, McGraw Hill, 2010, is also a business bestseller and has been translated into more than a dozen languages.  
 
He is a powerful speaker and his talks are hosted on many sites including TED and Thinkers 50 Interview. He has conducted workshops for and spoken before executives of Microsoft, Google, Merrill Lynch, McDonald’s, Chubb, IBM, United Airlines, Allstate, Johnson & Johnson and dozens of other companies. Dr. Rao has also spoken at countless conferences including the Society for Human Resource Management, Betterworks, Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), Young Presidents Organization (YPO), WorldBlu, Vistage, Conscious Capitalism, Awesomeness Fest, and the Dubai Government.
