Topic: The term superfluidity is a physics term that describes what it feels like to ride a horse in balance so succinctly. If only this was the goal of riding for all of us, this feeling of balance in motion that appears to defy gravity and feel like floating. We have all had accidental moments of this feeling, a small sneaky peek at what a beautiful ride feels like. These fleeting moments are what motivate so many of us to get better as riders and put the time into training our horse. While learning a competitive sport is a job unto itself, if balance, or this experience of superfluidity, was also a goal then we would be so athletically prepared that the competition training would feel easier.
