Topic: Deb takes the lead on this conversation, sharing her expertise about how our perceptions of our body influences the use of our body. One issue common with riders is attaching our pelvis to our legs instead of our torso. But we actually balance on our pelvis in the saddle, as the supportive structure for our entire torso, while our arms and legs are meant to dangle while we straddle a horse. A few tips for how to feel a better coordination are included as well.
