Topic: Discussion about what tensegrity is, how it works and why it is important for us to understand as a structural model for living bodies. Taking a deeper look at the overall structural system of the body helps us look at the problems we have from a different perspective. The closed system of a body is an interactive network of small parts. Each part plays an important role in the whole and stressed or weakened parts of the system are where we start to experience failure of the structure. So, what that means is that the lameness may be stemming from a problem in the spine. Same with muscle soreness, joint issues and even behavior issues. The root cause of the problem within a tensegrity structure is not necessarily in the same location as the breakdown. Mmmm.
