There can be misconceptions when it comes to therapy. We want everyone listening to know that it is a collaborative process that involves exploring what is going on in life and “discovering” in sessions patterns of mood, behavior, etc. that are/aren’t working and then practicing outside of session what you can try differently. We are not forcing people to do things, we are coming up with what works best for them and with them.
