Homeschooling with Technology
eBook Creators to use in your Homeschool
In this episode, you will learn about various free eBook creation websites and how you can incorporate using them into your homeschool. This month is NaNaWriMo and if your children participate in that they can use one of these ideas to create an eBook that is easy to share with others.
The 5 eBook creators I mention are:
* Google Docs - this is a useful article explaining some of the formatting options - https://support.google.com/docs/answer/116338
* Writereader - a nice option for younger children
* Storyjumper - this video explains how to use it's main features
* Book Creator - has a cool Autodraw feature. Find example books here
* Canva - once you export to a pdf you can upload it in Heyzine to create a flipbook.
The 3 FundaFunda Academy classes I mention that have book creating assignments are:
* Writing Fun - for 5tth - 8th grade
* World Geography - for 8th to 12th grade
