Debbie's favorite apps and websites for healthy eating are:

* Spark People calorie tracker
* Is My Food Safe app only available for Apple products. This app helps you determine how long to keep food before you toss it, what internal temperature different meats need to reach when cooked and other useful things.
* Eat Right website by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)
* Choose My Plate
* Food & Nutrition Magazine App which is available on Android and iPhone and is put out by AND.
