The Orlando Magic got their toes wet in the trade market, so what do we make of it?

The Orlando Magic were among the first clubs to make a splash with the impending trade deadline (Feb. 23). Orlando dealt Serge Ibaka to the Toronto Raptors for Terrence Ross and a first round pick this year (which will land in the early 20s). Was it a good deal? Was it the best deal possible? We discuss it in-depth and look at what it means with regard to the rebuild, and with regards to the future of Aaron Gordon--which will almost certainly be that of playing the 4-spot. 

We also take some time to dig into the draft again, now that Orlando has three picks settled between 20 and 35. What can be done with those picks? What is smart for a team that is still a good measure from playoff contention?
