Immunity for Health Care During COVID-19
In the confusing early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, New York State took steps to protect healthcare institutions and their workers from lawsuits over decisions made to combat the mounting crisis. In this episode of the Harris Beach Podcast, partner Emily Crowley discusses the state’s changing approach to lawsuit immunity and what it means now for workers and their employers.
