Personally, I got to re-connect with an old friend, who helped me survive physics and economics and for all of you, she shares some business secrets that you can implement immediately to not only make your businesses successful but help you find happiness.

One of my favourite things about this podcast is having the opportunity to reconnect with old friends, and in today's episode, I have the privilege of interviewing Jennifer Broxterman, who is a Registered Dietitian, entrepreneur, and owner of NutritionRx, as well as a Foods and Nutrition professor at the University of Western Ontario.

I had always known Jennifer was going to be successful, but to hear her story in this episode blew me away. Not only has she built a thriving business, she is having fun and is incredibly happy while doing it!

One of the things that surprised me the most, was how dedicated Jennifer was to fulfilling her mission of starting a business in health in nutrition that she changed schools - this part of the story is incredible (about 12 minutes in).
