What's Your Work Fit?
How Can I Reimagine the Employee Experience?
On What’s Your Work Fit we posed this question: How Can I Reimagine the Employee Experience?
This week, former Dean of the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College and Professor of Strategic Communications Diane Gayeski and Agate Founder and CEO Corinne Murray answer this and other important questions.
It’s crystal clear: most workplace leaders get employee experience or “EX” wrong. It is not about staging fake summer camp spectaculars and birthday celebrations to pump up headcount. That doesn’t work.
However, when EX is done right, it helps talent do their jobs better and more meaningfully and values their off-the-clock time.
Our guests provide solid rationale for building intentional EX programs that foster leadership, scale team and individual success, and make work part of a day doing many other wonderful things…and not the day.
During this information packed episode, Diane and Corinne answer “what’s your work fit?’ Their personal visions surely will resonate with many career professionals.
