Comedian Mike Lebovitz landed Montreal Just For Laughs New Faces and Last Comic Standing appearances from his hometown of Chicago, Illinois. But, after tasting those successes, he set his sights on New York City in the hopes of becoming "the funniest person on the planet." Many comedians start in smaller markets and find themselves asking, "When should I move to New York or L.A.? Should I even move at all?"
