Mantra and the Spiritual Practice of Life

September 15, 2020

Join me on this exploration of mantra and the spiritual practice of life. Spiritual practices like yoga asanas, meditation, chanting, breathwork and so on are important tools on the spiritual path. Integrating the lessons derived from these practices and learning to embody them seems to be an important part of the ongoing process. Janet Stone from Janet Stone Yoga joins me in this special spiritual podcast around chanting to discuss yoga, mantras and the spiritual practice of life. We discuss being an ongoing student and the depth / profound nature a consistent spiritual practice can carry. Janet shares some lovely spiritual stories and shares her wisdom gained through experience teaching/studying yoga, meditation, holding spiritual retreats and practising chanting for many years.
