Strangely enough, this was the podcast episode I’ve felt the most nervous about sharing! I feel like it’s such a huge topic, and I know so very little, and make so many mistakes, hah. Anyway, I’m glad I overcame my insecurities and am sharing this with you here! May it bring self-love, understanding and joy into the world.
