Whether we realize it or not, the vast majority of us define ourselves by the expectations established by our society, culture, family, and community. We internalize constructs based on external stereotypes of gender, age, race, social standing, or a myriad of other categories. And as a result, we often embrace lives that do not reflect our deepest desires.
Revealing simple truths behind the seeming complexities of our relationships, Selig’s, guides teach how friends, loved ones, and even enemies reflect our interior worlds; how we can discover freedom through forgiveness; and how to cultivate healthy relationships with others.
Selig’s previous trilogy of channeled wisdom — I Am the Word, The Book of Love and Creation, and The Book of Knowing and Worth — won a large following around the world for its depth, intimacy, and psychological insight. The first book of his new Mastery Trilogy, The Book of Mastery, likewise attained popularity and praise. Now, Selig continues the “Teachings of Mastery” with the widely anticipated second volume in his new series: The Book of Truth.
