Marjorie Caldwell. A wealthy heiress decides to adopt a young girl named Marjorie in 1934 and moves her into her mansion in the hopes of giving her a good life. Unbeknownst to her the young girl is troubled and may be a danger to all who are around her. In the summer of 1977, the heiress and her night nurse are murdered. Marjorie and her second husband are arrested. While she is acquitted of the crimes, her husband is not. His conviction is later overturned, yet he commits suicide. As time went on, more crimes would follow in the wake of Marjorie. Fires break out in her neighborhood. A third husband dies the very day she visits him before she is to serve time in prison. Is she really a murderer? An arsonist? Is there any truth to the stories of the mansion being haunted?
