I've been following JR Forasteros around the internet for the last few years, impressed with his knowledge of geek culture, as well as the way he pastors his church in Rowlett, TX. When he asked me to talk about his new book, Empathy for the Devil, on the show, I absolutely had to say yes! So, in this episode, I have more of a discussion about the book than a review. Forasteros vividly tells their stories to help us understand their motivations, and his astute biblical and cultural exposition points out what we often miss about their lives.
