Bosnia and Herzegovina: The Quest for Change
A Key Policy Proposal for the City of Mostar to be Announced on March 6
Mostar is the sixth largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is a focal point for the Platform for Progress because of its rich cultural diversity, which includes large populations of Bosniak and Croat citizens. The Platform will announce a plan on March 6 that will hopefully restore local elections that have been void there for over 8 years, with the hope that it will serve as a model across the country for other cities, towns and municipalities. This as the Platform continues its message of inclusivity for all as it seeks to to show the path to democracy. Mirsad and I spoke about the intricacies of dealing with human behavior in order for the process to succeed, as well as a recent trip Geneva Switzerland for an address at the University of Geneva.
