As the Platform for Progress grows and becomes more diverse it continues to address the new challenges that arise almost on a daily basis.  When Mirsad Hadzikadic and I recently spoke in his office at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, he said the challenges are not unexpected and are all part of the process.  Be it infighting and power struggles within governing boards at the municipality and regional levels, to how best to address the fact that the city of Mostar has not had local elections for eight years and how best to come up with right solutions there that could serve as a model for others in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well.
