As the Platform for Progress continues to strategize its efforts for the local elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina in October of this year, it has found itself inundated with those who want to be candidates in cities and municipalities around the country.  It’s a sign of the growth of the Platform, but also places increased burdens on the entire vetting process.  Mirsad Hadzikadic and I spoke about how the Platform is addressing this issue as well as recent meetings with groups and individuals to discuss a broad spectrum of topics including education, the inherent problems with the current voting system, to input from the Governing Board from the largest municipality in Bosnia and Sarajevo, New City.
