012 – Begin talking about Buddhism

Today I begin with the intention of summarizing and giving a general overview of the life of the Buddha, his first teachings and a little about what they mean. Instead I end up giving myself a lesson in balance which was the first understanding the Buddha had that lead to his enlightenment.
