Starting a new business can be downright scary. Andrea Liebross, a small business owner, certified business and life coach, spoke to Kari about fears that all female entrepreneurs face and how we can overcome them. 

She also shared tips to help you get your business off the ground, how to not let failures get you down and the reason why women business owners end up "ghosting" themselves.
