What happens to most athletes after they retire from sports? Eric Mika, a former BYU basketball player, professional basketball player and podcast host, is helping empower athletes beyond the court. 

Eric spoke to Elora about his new podcast "Now for Later," his basketball career and what he hopes parents and athletes get out of listening to his podcast. Some of his podcast guests include Steve Young, Jeremy Jones and John Stockton.
