Here’s how to make the world’s easiest citrus grilled shrimp. First, squeeze fresh orange and lime juice into a bowl. Add some minced garlic and let it sit for a few minutes so the flavors  combine. Now, all you do is brush that citrus-garlic mixture on your shrimp just before grilling. Add a little olive oil to the leftover sauce in the bowl to dress your salad, then top the greens with the grilled shrimp.  (Feel free to have fun with this tip…if you want, add fresh cilantro, diced jalapeños, chopped shallots and tequila to the sauce.)
