+ In lighter news, from the Chronicle of Higher Education: Attention, college frat boys. If getting drunk is a key part of your undergraduate experience, try to avoid being filmed while plastered. By a Hollywood production company. For a movie that becomes a box-office hit. Or at least try to avoid asserting on camera that you long for the return of slavery.
+ All of those things happened to two people who are identified in the satirical movie, Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, as students in the Chi Psi fraternity at the University of South Carolina (presumably the Columbia campus). Moviegoers around the world are now laughing at their drunken antics.

+ Fellowships for up to eight weeks to US postdoctoral scholars and holders of other graduate degrees for independent or collaborative research projects in Europe and Eurasia.

+ Have fulfilled all requirements from previous IREX grants.
+ Not be a current IREX employee or consultant or their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings)
